Mit großem Erfolg wurde am 9.10.2024 in der Louise-Schroeder Schule der „Tag der Träger“ durchgeführt. Rund ein Dutzend potentielle Arbeitgeber stellten sich hierbei im Foyer den Studierenden der Fachschule für Sozialwesen und den Schülerinnen der Sozialassistenz vor. Erstmalig veranstalteten dabei Mitarbeitende der Träger in den Klassenräumen der LSS kurze Workshops, in denen sie praxisnahe Projekte und Methoden den Studierenden nahe brachten, wie z.B. den Umgang mit herausfordernden Kindern.
Abgerundet wurde die gelungene Veranstaltung von einem selbstorganisierten Café der Fachschule, in dem Lehrkräfte und Mitarbeitende aus dem pädagogischen Arbeitsfeld sich ungezwungen treffen konnten, um gemeinsam Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Ideen für neue Vorhaben entwickeln konnten.
